Aryan Caire MD

 

Dr. Caire attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia where she received her medical degree. Dr. Caire completed her internship at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts completing her residency at the Tulane Family Medicine Program in Louisiana. Dr. Caire is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

 

Dr. Caire is fluent in English, French, and Farsi. Her awareness of these different languages allows her to communicate well with patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Caire is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient situation and adapts her consultation and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns.

During time away from work Dr. Caire loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys the outdoors, reading, piano, and tennis.

Steven Downing MD

 

Dr. Downing is a native of Southern Arizona. After some time living on the East Coast, he has recently come home to be closer to family. Medicine is his second profession after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and serving in the United States Air Force for five years. Dr. Downing completed his medical education at the University of Arizona in 2000 and has been practicing ever since.

​

He can care for your entire family, from children to adults, from colds to complex chronic conditions.

​

During his free time, Dr. Downing enjoys spending time with his wife and two college-age sons, swimming, biking, running, and consuming as many tacos as he can.

Julio Garcia, MD MHP, dipABLM

Dr. Garcia is a Los Angeles, CA native who moved to Arizona in 1984. He has been living in Tucson since 1991 upon beginning studies at the University of Arizona. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a formal minor in Chemistry and also a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a formal minor in Sociology. He went on to earn his Medical Degree and complete Family Medicine residency also at the University of Arizona. More recently Dr. Garcia has attained his certification as a Metabolic Health Practitioner and became a diplomate with the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

​

Dr. Garcia has been practicing medicine since 2007 and his clinical practice exhibits strengths in preventive and metabolic health having personally lost 60 pounds through nutrition and exercise. He also has special interests in sports medicine, adolescent and adult health issues, and individualized medical consultation. He believes in clear and effective communication as many health conditions and their management can be difficult to understand. He is a voracious reader usually in the middle of 3-4 books at once. He believes in the dictum of “first do no harm”.

​

Dr. Garcia has been married 26 years to his lovely wife Elizabeth (Lisa) and is a very competent doggy daddy of usually 3-4 mixed breed rescue pups. He spends most of his free time, golfing, reading, watching good movies and TV, and partaking in most sports. He also enjoys downtime relaxing and recovering from exercise and the generalized soreness from that. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.

Mary Busch NP

Mary graduated from West Virginia University in 2007 and began her career as an RN at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, in West Virginia. She has worked in orthopedics, labor and delivery, pediatrics, urgent care and taught licensed practical nurses for five years before completing her master’s in nursing from Grand Canyon in 2023. She has been working in Family Medicine for over a year.

​

When she’s not at work you'll find her cheering her children on at basketball and jiu jitsu. She enjoys attending fitness classes such as Zumba, and takes time for hiking, fishing and reading. When trying to escape the Tucson heat, Mary loves to explore and travel to new destinations.

Joshua Thomas NP

Joshua served as a commissioned officer in the US Army for eight years, where he gained invaluable leadership experience and witnessed the unwavering dedication of medical professionals in diverse environments, notably during deployments to Iraq.

​

Transitioning from military service, Joshua embarked on a journey in nursing, beginning with an associate degree in nursing and subsequently earning his bachelor’s in nursing from Saint Louis University. He furthered his education with a master’s in nursing from Northern Arizona University, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner.

​

His commitment to patient care extends beyond traditional boundaries as Joshua continually seeks innovative approaches to optimize health outcomes tailored to individual needs.

​

Through his extensive training and experiences, he is driven to serve patients with the highest level of competency and compassion, ensuring their well-being remains at the forefront of every decision and action.

 Mary "Glenda" Britanico NP

Glenda completed her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix in 2015. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine since 2015.


She is very compassionate and caring to her patients. She strongly believes in primary prevention and achieving health and wellness through effective patient-provider relationship.

​

Glenda has over 22 years of bedside Nursing experience mostly in medical, surgical, and critical care units. Originally from the Philippines, Glenda started her colorful nursing career as a Nurse Corps Officer in the Philippine Army to the rank of Captain. In 2001, she traveled to England and worked as an ICU nurse at Southampton University Hospital. With her adventurous spirit, she took another opportunity to experience cultural diversity
and moved to Arizona in 2005. She worked at Tucson Medical Center and St. Joseph Hospital, Intensive Care Units and Post Anesthesia Care Units for over 10 years.

​

In her spare time, Glenda enjoys spending quality time with her family, her husband Herbert who is also an NP, and their two sons, Herron, and Hayden. She loves traveling, running, watching movies, and cooking.
