How do I make or cancel an appointment?
To make an appointment, please call us at 520-547-5725. To cancel an appointment, call us at the same number and, whenever possible, give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?
New patients are to arrive 30 mins prior for New patient paperwork. Returning patients, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
As a courtesy to your provider and other patients, please call and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or you will be responsible for a $25 fee .
Can I be seen if I am sick?
We will do our best to get you in to see a provider and we often have same day care appointments available. After Hours, we have an answering service (520-547-5725) that will take your information and notify the on-call provider. If you have a medical emergency, please go to Urgent Care or an Emergency Room as needed.
CAN I GET A FLU OR PNEUMONIA SHOT ?
Your provider stocks flu and pneumonia vaccines, however it is best to call 520-547-5725 to verify that they have them in stock and to make an appointment.
